Zucchini basil soup with herb crème fraiche and parmesan crisp*

Butternut squash and apple soup with gruyere grilled cheese croutons

Arugula, shaved fennel, Cara Cara orange supremes, Marcona almonds and goat cheese with an orange chive vinaigrette*

Mascarpone stuffed pears wrapped with prosciutto served on a bed of greens with shallot, drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette*

Pan seared Halibut with grapefruit beurre blanc over black rice with roasted seasonal vegetables*

Herb and garlic prawns over wild mushroom risotto and broccolini

Pan seared Salmon with Romesco sauce served over cauliflower “cous cous” and seasonal vegetables

Organic chicken breast stuffed mushrooms, leeks and parmesan cheese, served with white bean ragu and haricot vert*

Pomegranate glazed rack of lamb with pistachio mint pesto served with marcona almond and fig preserve layered polenta cake and herb roasted seasonal vegetables*

Rosemary apricot glazed pork tenderloin with served with roasted fingerling potatoes and Brussels sprout hash*

New York strip with sautéed mushrooms and onions, served with roasted tomato and parmesan bread pudding and haricot vert
